Interim Executives Academy - Class #23
The Interim Executives Academy provides rigorous training and mentoring for interim leaders serving nonprofit organizations in short-term, senior-level engagements. Our focus is on helping organizations and their people intentionally, methodically, and transformationally cover the space between where they have been and where they hope to go. Seven weekly online sessions provide 20+ hours of learning that explore our strategic approach to transformational interim leadership.
Bring your questions to the upcoming complimentary Introduction to Interim Executives Academy on December 18, January 20 or February 25.

Interim Executives Academy is committed to advancing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion as foundational to its programs.
We acknowledge and honor the fundamental value and dignity of all people; and we pledge our individual and organizational efforts to build respect, dignity, caring, and equitable treatment for all. As an organization, we are committed to transforming the world into one that promotes social justice and freedom from oppression, including but not limited to, racism, sexism, classism, heterosexism, ageism, and ableism.
Thus, we aim to be adaptable, actively anti-racist, embracing cultural differences, and to be accessible for people who are differently resourced and differently abled. Since we do not want financial hardship to be a barrier to participation, there are several seats reserved in each of our fee-based programs for confidentially awarded scholarships. We encourage those from historically underserved communities to apply.
The State of Washington approved Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill 5814, Laws of 2025, Chapter 422 (ESSB 5814) which makes presentations, including classes, seminars, webinars, and for-fee education presentations a “retail sale” and, therefore, is subject to sales tax beginning October 1, 2025. If you are a resident of the State of Washington, sales tax will be collected at check-out based on your credit card billing address. Interim Executives Academy thanks you for your business and appreciates your extra effort to make sure we all remain compliant with current tax law.
